By creating an account or using Replay Games, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
You must be at least 16 years old to use Replay Games. By using it, you confirm you meet this age requirement. Operator note: confirm the minimum age with counsel (it interacts with how the date of birth is handled).
You're responsible for your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You can delete your account at any time from your profile; doing so removes your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
Don't misuse Replay Games: no harassment of other players, no illegal content, no attempts to disrupt or access the service in unauthorised ways, and no scraping or automated abuse. We may suspend or remove accounts that break these rules.
You keep ownership of what you add (profile details, notes, messages). You grant Replay Games a limited licence to store and display that content so the service can function. You're responsible for the content you post and the messages you send.
Replay Games helps players arrange to lend and borrow physical games and consoles, but it is only a platform — any loan is a private arrangement between the two players. Replay Games is not a party to it and is not responsible for items that are lost, damaged, late, or not returned. Operator note: have counsel review this clause — it's the main liability point.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change or discontinue features.
To the extent permitted by law, Replay Games isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for disputes between players. Operator note: this clause must be reviewed by counsel and adapted to French/EU consumer law before launch.
You may stop using Replay Games and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are breached.
We may update these Terms. We'll update the date above and, for material changes, take reasonable steps to let you know.
These Terms are governed by French law. Operator note: confirm jurisdiction and dispute-resolution wording with counsel.
Operator note: add a contact address for questions about these Terms before publishing. See also the Legal notice.
